For enterprise · the enemy is the renewal

The renewal is the deadline. Ten weeks is the answer.

Buy vs. build just flipped. Stop funding seven-figure licences for software that almost fits — we deliver owned, in-house systems at a fraction of the renewal, running in your own cloud.

Terms and durations, not outcomes. We have no client results we can attribute yet, and inventing some is the one thing that would make every other number on this site worthless.

The offer that fits

Platform Replacement

Chosen by what you spend and whether you have launched — two independent things. Spend sets which engagement fits; launch status sets which problem we are solving.

What we would tell you to keep

The part that makes the rest believable.

The objection

The question that usually ends this conversation.

A firm your size cannot carry our risk.

Correct, and we are not going to claim otherwise. What we can do is make the risk small enough to be irrelevant: the commitment is one system in ten weeks, not a programme. You hold the IP from the moment you pay, it runs in your own tenancy, and the exit pack is current from day one — so the worst realistic outcome is a working system and a supplier you stop using. We would rather win the second engagement than oversell the first.

Not sure this is you?

Nobody clicks “we’re an SMB”, so you should not have to. The teardown works out which of these you are from what you actually pay — or read the other two:
