If we miss the date, you stop paying. Week five onward is on us until it ships — free continued work until delivery, not refunds or damages.

Fixed, and agreed in writing before we start — the published figure for the engagement this scope lands in. No hourly drift, and no change to it unless you change the scope — in which case we requote before doing the work, never after.
